Definition of Laws in The Kingdom of God
The law of the Lord is perfect, converting the soul: the testimony of the Lord is sure, making wise the simple. The statutes of the Lord are right, rejoicing the heart: the commandment of the Lord is pure, enlightening the eyes. The fear of the Lord is clean, enduring for ever: the judgments of the Lord are true and righteous altogether. More to be desired are they than gold, yea, than much fine gold: sweeter also than honey and the honeycomb. Moreover by them is thy servant warned: and in the keeping of them there is a great reward. Psalms 19:7-11 (KJV)
Jesus said: "But he answered and said, It is written, Man shall not live by bread alone, but by every word that proceedeth out of the mouth of God." Matthew 4:4
What is a law? The dictionary’s definition is a rule of action or conduct that has been established by authority, society, or custom.
What is Principle? A Principle is a foundational law, and Christ says that these laws are both natural and spiritual. Gravity is a law, it is a principle, and it is a key. You cannot defy gravity, you can cooperate with it, but if you try to defy it, you will find that it will not work. If you were to climb up to the top of a 10 story building and jump off, you will find out that gravity will do its thing and pull you down to the ground and in the process, you will die.
The fundamental law of gravity is to pull everything to the center of the earth. That is the way God set it up and man cannot change it, no one can touch it.
Then there is the law of lift, if you work something with a certain amount of velocity and there are enough air pockets, it will cause the law of lift to come into effect, and that’s how we get to fly, birds do all the time.That’s a second law. Again the laws are both spiritual and natural, and practical. The same way that gravity work is the same way love works in the kingdom of God. The same way the sun works to bring its rays to a plant is the same way forgiveness works in the kingdom of God. It is a law. These are all laws and we need to become knowledgeable about them and work them as God would have us.
another law is the law of giving and it shall be given unto you. That is a supernatural law it is a kingdom law. We may not understand it, but if we operate it properly, it will produce for us. The same as said before, gravity is a law, you can see it, but if anyone jumps off of a building, it will work every time. You don’t know how God can take what you give and cause it to be given back to you in good measure, pressed down shaken together and running over. We don’t understand How He does it, but it works. The key to successful life in the kingdom is learning the laws and principles of the kingdom. Although we may not fully understand how these laws and principles work, our object is to obey them. Also, as we operate within the guidelines of the Kingdom of God, we must be specific in following these Laws.
